The Croton, also known as the Codiaeum, is a houseplant with variegated leaves. The leaf colour of this houseplant varies from yellow, red, brown, green and sometimes even orange or purple. As a result, this colourful plant is making its comeback. For a while, the Croton was considered old-fashioned, however, due to its colourful appearance, this houseplant fits into any interior and is completely back on the scene. A Croton belongs to the family Euphorbiaceae and is native to south-east Asia.
