The Asparagus is also known as the Ornamental Asparagus. This fresh green plant is a cross between the edible Asparagus plant and the Curly fern. Despite being related to the edible asparagus, the Asparagus itself has no culinary properties. Nevertheless, it is a fine houseplant that should not be missing at home.
The Asparagus is native to South America, Southeast Asia and Central Africa. It is a plant with a delicate appearance and soft leaves. Although it looks a bit fragile, it is a very strong houseplant that needs little care. So it is ideal for people who do not grant themselves green fingers.
